Holiday 1/2 day Yoga Workshop
Thursday 4 April & 11 April at 9.30am – 12.30pm@ Paddock Wood Community Centre
The Kids yoga workshops are drop-off sessions for just children, and offer a range of yoga-inspired shapes and movements, with some creative sequencing.
Mindfulness, breathing and relaxation techniques are also explored in a fun and safe environment. There is usually some yogic crafting or mandala colouring too.
Suitable for children aged 4 upto teens.
In this workshop we’ll play with yoga poses through games, creative play, stories, structured sequencing and team work to build an Easter-themed yoga flow!
£24 for one child, or bring a friend for £20 each. Sibling discounts and community donation-based spaces available too.
Group KIDS classes in Paddock Wood:
Tuesday’s during term-time: Kids Class 1 @ 4pm: ages 4-7yrs and Kids Class 2 @ 5pm: ages 8-11yrs
Private group and 1-2-1 sessions available for Youth Clubs, Brownies, Girl Guides, Scouts, Venturers, Children and Teens with disabilities and/or learning development needs. School workshops for sports or well-being sessions available at both primary schools and secondary schools. Ages 4 years to teens.
About Yoga for Kids:
Yoga for kids is great for soothing and stretching young bodies and minds. Come and explore yoga postures, breathing techniques and deep relaxation in a non-competitive and fun environment.
These classes are based on my training with Jo Manuel, Founder of The Special Yoga Centre in London. Children of all ages are catered for with sensitivity and good humour, and given a safe and friendly space to explore their understanding of their bodies, emotions and thoughts about life.
Suitable for:
Children aged 4 years to teens.
Children with learning developmental needs are also encouraged to attend.
1-2-1 Children’s Yoga Therapy, Family Yoga classes and Group sessions for Youth Clubs, Brownies, Girl Guides, Scouts, Venturers, Children and Teens with disabilities are also available.

CHILDREN’S GROUP CLASS:
45 min class: £8 drop in or £30 per 5-week term.
PRIVATE 1-2-1 session PRICES:
up to 45 mins: from £40/50 depending on location.
GROUP BOOKINGS: up to 14 children for a party or event
1 hour: from £150 depending on location.
