In a bid to tackle the Christmas dinner/ Christmas partying season’s side effect of a little podge round the middle (aka the muffin top), I’ve been on a healthy/healthier eating crusade and invested in a Vitamix. My favourite smoothie so far is:

Raspberry Banana GREEN Smoothie


Made with organic raspberries, banana, almond milk and either some spinach, kale or spirulina.

It is delicious! And will give you a real wake-up ‘zing’ in the morning.
