About the class:

The Yoga for Adults classes move at a gentle, yet progressive pace. Classes offer a variety of posture work (asana), plus breathing and relaxation techniques. There is a focus on working with good alignment using the Anusara principles of alignment. Classes incorporate foundational asanas; forward bends, back bends, side stretches, twists, inversions and balance, for a healthy spine. Suitable for:

Adults; complete beginners, those returning to yoga after a break and intermediate students who may have some more extensive experience in yoga.

Those with injury or areas of concern in their body are also encouraged to attend.

Teens are welcome to attend with an adult.

Also available: 1-2-1 Adult Yoga Therapy, Pregnancy Yoga, Birth Prepartion and Family Yoga workshops.


60 min class: £9 drop in or £30 per 4 week block.

PRIVATE 1-2-1 session PRICES:
1 hour: from £50 depending on location.
