BIRTH PREPARATION WORKSHOP

About the Birth Preparation workshop:

This two-hour workshop will look at breathing, massage and relaxation techniques to promote a healthy labour and optimise birthing energies, with rhythmic and restorative yoga postures that are supportive of a positive birthing experience.

This is a practical workshop, offering yoga-based skills to help with each stage of labour, for all potential birthing situations. The workshop aims to remove fear and anxiety around labour, and to build knowledge and confidence and trust.
The workshop is based on my training with Francoise Freedman and Kirsteen Ruffell of Birthlight, as well as Uma Dinsmore-Tuli of Womb Yoga.

Suitable for:

Women in their third trimester and birthing partners, so that you can explore together what works best for both of you. From 34 weeks is an ideal time.

 

FAMILY YOGA WORKSHOP

About the workshop: an ideal opportunity to explore yoga with your children.

Family yoga includes:

·        Yoga postures suitable for children and adults to practice together.

·        Breathing and relaxation techniques that show you how to find your inner calm and focus.

·        A chance for family members to connect with each other and importantly, have fun together!

Suitable for:

Kids aged 4+ yrs with a parent or guardian
