About the class:

The Yoga for Adults classes move at a gentle, yet progressive pace. Classes offer a variety of posture work (asana), plus breathing and relaxation techniques. There is a focus on working with good alignment using the Anusara principles of alignment. Classes incorporate the foundation asanas; forward bends, back bends, side stretches, twists, inversions and balance, for a healthy spine. Suitable for:

Beginner course: complete beginners and those returning to yoga after a break/ in need of a recap on the foundations

Level one: intermediate students who may have more extensive experience in yoga (open to beginner’s with a good level of fitness)

Those with injury or areas of concern in their body are also encouraged to attend.

Teens are welcome to attend with an adult.
